These general conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers at DETIC.IT retail project of Giovanni Gaudiano srl By placing an order, you enter into an agreement with DETIC.IT and you accept these terms and conditions. Please read carefully before placing an order. We may change the terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes made after you place an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law. RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL
Consumers have the right to return their purchase without giving any reason within a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the day of delivery of the goods. During the Christmas holidays, the purchased goods can be returned by January 31st.
You can exchange or return the goods by sending an email to the domain: info@detic.IT.com or by contacting us on +39 334 372 8292 (whatsapp) informing us of your intention to return the goods. It must be kindly indicated:
- the order number
- your name and address
- the intention to exchange the goods or return them
- the reason for the return or exchange
- photo of the product with original packaging, not discarded or opened. The product must be perfectly intact and packaged as delivered.
DETIC.IT will respond to your request within 24-48 hours.
In the event of withdrawal, the Customer may return the products to DETIC.IT within 14 (fourteen) days of the withdrawal, to the following address, indicating in the notes, the number of the order for which the return is being made

Goods must be intact, unused, with all labels and packaging intact, including stickers, foils and bags. In the event of damage or traces of use, we are entitled to deduct any amount equal to the value of the damage from the refund.
In the return request, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs of the goods he wishes to return.
In the case of international returns, any import charges or administration (customs) charges which may be charged for the importation of returned goods, will be deducted from the return payment.
If the return instructions are followed accurately, DETIC.IT will reimburse the consumer for the returned items within 7 days of receiving the returns.

You will receive a response within 1-2 business days.
Defects and complaints must be reported as soon as possible after the delivery of the order (within 5 calendar days) by e-mail to email@example.com or by contacting us on +39 334 372 8292 (whatsapp) and, if possible , providing us with images/videos of the defect.
The item will be replaced or refunded upon return.
ACCEPTANCE OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All users of the website are required to know and accept all the above general conditions.
By placing an order with DETIC.IT, the consumer automatically accepts all our general conditions.
DETIC.IT customer details are automatically stored in our customer list.
